ORDERS

Confirmation. All orders are confirmed via email within 24hours. In-stock items ship within 24 hours. All other furniture and accessories are made to order and go into production within 2 business days. 

Changing or Cancelling an Order. To cancel a recent order please contact us by phone at 866.700.4046, or email hello@7thandspring.com within 2 business days of the original order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As such, we are unable to cancel or change requests once the order has entered production.   

Payment Options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal (online orders only). 

Sales Tax. Sales Tax is collected only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently this only includes Georgia. Shipments within the Atlanta Metro area are subject to state, local and district sales tax. Shipments outside Atlanta Metro but within Georgia are subject to the state sales tax rate only.

Domestic Shipping. We strive to ship all orders within 28 business days. All orders are confirmed via email at the time of shipment. Tracking information is provided at this time. Delivery fees are non-refundable nor do we provide monetary compensation for late delivery.

Shipping Fees. We offer flat rate FedEx Ground shipping for all items under 25lbs, our flat rate shipping fee is $18.00. Items weighing over 25lbs incur a surcharge.

Shipping Rates for Furniture. Standard “curbside” delivery within the contiguous United States and Canada is free and may take 10-14 business days. All furniture and accessories are made to order and require a maximum four week lead time.

White Glove Service. For $225. 7th + Spring Furniture can be delivered via our partnered white glove service providers to ensure the best delivery possible. Furniture White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery and the removal of all packaging materials. White Glove delivered items require 3-10 days of handling time prior to transit time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items before signing the delivery acknowledgment form. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy. Our furniture and custom orders sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Pillows are eligible for store credit or exchange only if unopened and in original packaging.

Return packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable.

Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 14 days of receipt of your package. In the event you have any problem or concern with a custom order we will connect you with our knowledgeable staff to ensure the issue is resolved to the best of our ability.

Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on our web site as a guest.

Opting Out.  How you can access, change, or delete your information and preferences: We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us.
